Portblue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa, Alcudia (Mallorca)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great food, lovely pools, and fabulous facilities. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns, and the water sports available on-site were a big plus. However, I did find the road noise in the rooms a bit distracting at times, and the mosquitoes were quite bothersome due to the nearby nature reserve.

The hotel had some nice aspects like the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but it also fell short in a few key areas, particularly in the dining experience and overall atmosphere. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the dining options were repetitive and parking was a hassle, making the stay feel less enjoyable than anticipated.

This hotel provided a fantastic family experience with its all-inclusive package, where we were always well-fed and entertained. The staff were incredibly hard-working and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The variety of activities suited all ages, and the beautiful spa was a highlight. However, the evening entertainment wasn't a draw for us, and we felt that more engaging activities for kids could enhance the experience.

We recently stayed at the hotel and while there were some enjoyable aspects, it didn't fully meet our expectations. The rooms were clean, but slightly cramped for our family. The dining options were quite good, but some areas lacked a bit of quality. Overall, it had its ups and downs, and while the facilities were impressive, they didn't make up for some of the shortcomings in service and amenities.
